Cullinan began his career with the Blue Valley School District as a school psychologist in 2006, and has served as a school psychologist working at Lakewood Middle School, the Special Education Program at Blue Valley Service Center, and the Blue Valley Academy - Alternative High School until 2013. Cullinan served as a Special Education Administrator at the Blue Valley Service Center and as Special Education Coordinator - District Level, and as a school psychologist at Blue Valley West High School.
Cullinan’s current role as Assistant Director with the Tonganoxie/Basehor-Linwood Special Education Cooperative takes him to all Tonganoxie schools and Basehor-Linwood High School. As Special Education director, he will oversee all special education services to students in both the Tonganoxie and Basehor-Linwood school districts.
“I am honored to step into this role as Special Education Director with the Tonganoxie/ Basehor-Linwood Special Education Cooperative,” Cullinan said. “I am excited for the opportunity to continue to serve our students and families and to collaborate with our entire team to ensure all students receive the highest quality education and support.”
